Every time I promote them they ask for not much increase to remain happy (if they ask at all.), and they remain fanatical as well. My new way: hire a cheap 300 dollar employee, immediately double their pay to 550 or 600. A level 4 grower usually accepts something like 1200 dollars salary. My old way: hire an employee, don't adjust their pay, promote them, increase pay just enough to keep them on board. What happens is their motivation goes to "fanatic" because you gave them such a huge relative raise, meaning they gain exp a lot faster, and more interestingly, they actually ask for less pay in the long run as you promote them. The post Weedcraft Inc appeared first on Surf 365.I don't know if this is intended or not, but I found a pretty interesting way to get the most out of your employees: hire the cheapest ones you can find with the lowest skill ratings possible, and as soon as you hire them, raise their salary to double what it is.
